We are seeking an outstanding Caregiver - Med. Tech. to join our senior living community team in central Colorado Springs. Come join a team of dedicated, smart, and caring professionals as they work together to care for our seniors and provide them the lifestyle they deserve.

Available shifts:

• Part-Time Days And Evenings (days vary)
• PRN (as-needed) Shift to help cover call-offs and vacation requests - with the possibility of transitioning to more hours as our census grows.

Job description:

Our Resident Assistant QMAPs and Caregivers provide assistance with activities of daily living and other services, including medications management to residents in accordance with their service plan. Providing a Stellar service in a kind, gentle, friendly, and professional manner while respecting our resident's dignity and privacy is what we do. Responsibilities:

• Administer medications according to doctors orders in the acceptable timeframe
• Provide great resident care and support with daily activities
• Answer resident calls and determine how to best help them
• Record vital signs as request by staff
• Documentation of care services
• Frequent communication with co-workers and supervisors

Requirements:

• Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents
• Ability to work as a team and also independently
• A love for seniors
• QMAP Certification - for Med Tech position

Salary description: 16.50-19.50
