We are seeking a seasoned Front of House General Manager with large-scale, high-volume restaurant management experience to lead our strongest team. What We Offer Competitive compensation Monthly Bonus program Health Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Sick Leave Manager Meal Key Responsibilities Oversee all front-of-house daily operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Lead, train, and motivate a large FOH team with strong operational discipline; Maintain exceptional service standards and guest experience Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally and efficiently Manage inventory levels and ordering Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards Partner with ownership and leadership to drive performance and growth Required Qualifications (Must Have) Proven management experience in large-scale / high-volume restaurants (required) Strong leadership, decision-making, and team-building skills Ability to perform under pressure and manage complex operations Professional communication and problem-solving abilities This is a senior-level management role — not entry-level.
