What You'll Be DoingAs a Baker at Glendale, you'll play a key role in crafting our signature baked goods and ensuring every item meets our high standards for quality and taste. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and production schedules.
- Measuring and mixing ingredients with precision to achieve consistent results.
- Monitoring oven temperatures and baking times to ensure perfect outcomes.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace in compliance with food safety standards.
- Collaborating with the team to innovate and refine recipes.
- Managing inventory and ensuring ingredients are stocked and stored properly.
We’re seeking a skilled and dedicated Baker who brings at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess:
