We're looking for a passionate Bread Baker who takes pride in crafting the freshest, most delicious focaccia bread around. If you love the art of the bake and want to knead, create and innovate every single day — let's rise together!
At Urbane Cafe, our focaccia is made from scratch every morning and baked fresh in open-hearth ovens right in front of our guests. It's the heart of what we do, and we need someone who treats it that way.

What You'll Do
- Mix, knead and proof focaccia dough to perfection — every shift, every time
- Bake fresh bread in our open-hearth ovens with consistency and pride
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe kitchen workspace
- Follow recipes and portioning standards while bringing your own passion to the craft
- Help keep things moving — support the team and jump in where needed

What You Bring
- A genuine love for baking and food craftsmanship
- Attention to detail and a high standard for quality
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 35 lbs
- Reliability and a positive attitude
- Prior baking or kitchen experience a plus — but we'll train the right person!

Our Story
Urbane Cafe is a family-owned company founded by Tom Holt, with locations across Southern California and Nevada — and more on the way. Every day, we make our focaccia dough from scratch and bake it fresh in open-hearth ovens, right in front of our guests. We craft gourmet sandwiches, farm fresh salads and unique bowls using refined local ingredients — all served with a smile in a warm, vibrant atmosphere.

Requirements:- Able to communicate effectively and clearly with team – Bilingual a plus
- Able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time
