Leading all aspects of bakery operation, including customer service, production, cost management, and other training functions

Proudly one of the best localizer of K-food content in the United States - successfully opening Korea's most loved street food franchise 'Yup Dduk' in multiple locations in SoCal since 2015, and our own Korean breakfast sando 'Egg Tuck', and Korea's favorite dessert bread concept 'Calic Bread' spreading nationwide. Lead all aspects of bakery operation, to include the customer service, production, cost management, and other training functions
Create and execute the production of bagels, scones, pies, and wide variety of baked goods
Manage the operations of the bakery and cultivating a positive and productive work environment
Take essential responsibility for the business performance of their respective department
Ensure sales profitability through service excellence and lean operation
Organize and supervise the employee shifts
Check stock levels and order supplies and materials
Maintain high standards of quality control, service, hygiene, and health & safety
Two years progressive experience in bakery preferred
Culinary School or Training preferred but not required
Knowledge in operating bakery machinery
Proven track record of demonstrating abilities in the kitchen from developing and following recipe to paying close attention to additional details to create one-of-a-kind quality breads
The ability to produce a wide range of breads and pastries
Experience operating a sheeter, mixer, proofer and industrial baking ovens in addition to all bakery equipment
Attention to detail and the ability to produce bakery items to exacting specifications in a timely manner
Spirit of a champion with extensive knowledge of bakery team procedures and policies
Projects warmth, enthusiasm, honesty, and optimism that attracts and energizes others
Excellent interpersonal, motivational, team building, communication, and customer relationship skills
Valid CA food handler's certification
Availability to work on weekends
