Operations Specialist - CONTRACT

About the Company

This position primarily performs comprehensive loan operations including processing loan disbursements, payments, interest rate changes, and rollovers according to established department procedures and in compliance with loan agreements. Works independently to process all types of loans (syndication, bilateral, fixed term, and real estate) to accurately reflect loan activity on the bank’s loan system.

Job Responsibilities

• End-to-end loan disbursement processing.
• Reviewing credit documents, ensuring compliance with loan terms.
• Monitoring loan billing and payments.
• Maintaining documentation and performing reconciliations.
• Acquire daily interest rates to assist in determining the appropriate loan pricing.
• General rate change notices and advice customers.
• Handle loan interest and fee collection.
• Updates and report daily funding position.
• Prepare and release Swift payment messages for loan drawdown requests.
• Clear sanction hits.
• Perform end of day balancing and reconciliation.
• Provides customer service to internal and external customer.
• Contact Agent Banks and clients as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration and/or related field.

Required Skills

• 1-3 year of loan operations experience.
• Knowledge of commercial loan lifecycle.
• SWIFT payment system familiarity.

• Ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
