Volt is immediately hiring for Day Shift and Night Shift  Bilingual Spanish General Laborers  (12 hour shifts) in Greencastle, PA. Pay $20-$21 an hour!

As a Bilingual General Laborer you will:

• Remove finished stone products from molds
• Clean and prepare molds for production
• Remove excess material from molds
• Apply color, tint, and finishing touches to stone products
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Package finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Assist in other production areas as needed

This is a  full-time, opportunity.

(4) Tues - Saturday 5:00AM to 5:30PM (Occasional Sun & Mon overtime)
(1) Mon - Fri 5:00PM to 4:00AM (Occasional Sat overtime)

Training: 8-hours training shifts for the first two weeks

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus, highly preferred. 
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive tasks
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Manufacturing, construction, farming, landscaping, roofing, concrete, warehouse, or general labor experience is helpful but not required

Pay rate: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
