Pay: $25.50 - $26 per hour (Based on shift & job)

• 2nd Shift: $25.50/hr.
• 3rd Shift: $26/hr.

Responsibilities of the Steel Welder:

• Set up and operate MIG welding equipment for steel, galvanized, and aluminum products
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and production drawings
• Produce high-quality welds that meet company specifications and quality standards
• Inspect completed welds to ensure accuracy and quality
• Operate hand tools, measuring devices, clamps, and production equipment
• Meet daily production goals while following all safety procedures
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements for the Steel Welder:

• Previous MIG welding experience required
• Experience welding steel, galvanized steel, or aluminum preferred
• Manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift throughout the shift
• Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
