Site/Utilities Foreman

$35+/hour

York PA - Shop Headquarters to meet everyday

Project: Carlisle, York Hospital, and Northern Maryland Area

*Direct Placement - Internal Employee on Day 1*

• Operate excavator, skid steer, bulldozer, loaders and other types of equipment for utility and dirt work job sites.
• Lead crews of 15+ workers on new construction commercial/civil projects.
• Experience with management, ordering materials, meeting deadlines, and coordinating manpower with sub-contractors.
• Manage both Operators and Pipe Layers, scheduling manpower and ensuring work is done on time.
• Managing work load between employees and other subs on site.

• Main Projects: Carlisle Construction Materials, York Hospital, Milbourne Apartments, Hollywood Casino.
• Home every night.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of York, PA.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
