Role Description The Construction Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in York, PA, responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. This role oversees daily site activities, assists with scheduling and resource allocation, and helps ensure work progresses according to plans, specifications, and timelines. The Construction Coordinator collaborates with project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors to track progress, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication among stakeholders. The position includes monitoring safety practices, documenting project updates, and assisting with budget tracking and project controls to keep projects on schedule and within scope. The role also involves preparing reports, maintaining accurate records, and supporting continuous improvement in construction processes and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to coordinate site activities and support field teams.
• Experience with Budgeting and basic project financial tracking to help manage costs and resources.
• Knowledge of Construction Safety practices, regulations, and site compliance requirements.
• Hands-on understanding of Construction processes, materials, and methods.
• Proficiency in Project Control, including scheduling, documentation, and progress monitoring.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for documentation, reporting, and task follow-up.

• Relevant experience in construction coordination or a similar role; an associate or bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
