Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Valid state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• Previous experience providing speech and language services in a school or pediatric setting
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to conduct assessments and create individualized intervention plans
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments for students as required
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress
• Document services provided and progress made toward IEP goals
• Deliver group and individual therapy sessions in alignment with best practices
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain compliance with school and state regulations regarding documentation and service delivery
