Assistant Project ManagerThis firm is a growing GC with work throughout the New England states. A mid-sized firm who specializes in building and renovating large apartment complexes. They have a growing presence in Stamford, CT which is where this position will be located.Job DescriptionAssistant Project ManagerAssist in planning and managing construction projects from start to finish.Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.Monitor project budgets and schedules, addressing any issues that arise.Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules.Support site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Provide regular updates to senior project managers and stakeholders.Help resolve construction-related challenges as they occur on-site.Maintain effective communication across all parties involved in the project.General knowledge of Building and Construction codesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
