Description of the Role Latitudes, on Sunset Key, is seeking an experienced and passionate Fine Dining General Manager to join our team. The Restaurant General Manager will manage the overall operations of the restaurant, focusing on customer satisfaction, staff development, and financial performance. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
