Director of Well-Being & Firehouse Programs

YMCA of San Diego County is seeking a Program Director II to lead a Well-Being program at McKinney and Shepherd YMCA Firehouse locations in San Diego County. The role directs day-to-day operations, recruits and develops staff, and engages volunteers to deliver high-quality programming. You will manage budgets, expand community partnerships, and drive member experience while ensuring safety, compliance, and excellent customer service.
