About the Role

As an Access Specialist, you will be responsible for managing patient intake, scheduling, and providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families. You will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to support a Level IV trauma center, a 24/7 emergency department, and specialty care clinics.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in healthcare administration or related fields preferred.

Experience

• Previous experience in patient access, medical front desk, or healthcare customer service is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and scheduling software is a plus.
