An affinity for being around people, forming quality relationships, and having vital conversations with residents, staff, and family members would be helpful. YOUR IMPACT AS OUR INDEPENDENT LIVING RESIDENTIAL SERVICES DIRECTOR You’ll be the one overseeing our residential care services and ensuring we appropriately meet residents’ medical, pharmaceutical, therapeutic, and social needs. The ideal fit is an outgoing person who can create real relationships with our residents and help support their emotional well-being through daily greetings and friendly interactions. You’ll coordinate with staff members and the residents’ families to make sure every individual has their needs properly met and support their quality of life.
