SkinLocal prides itself on offering a unique and customer-centered experience in the aesthetics field. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Patient Coordinator role located in Miami, FL. The Patient Coordinator will handle daily client-facing tasks including managing appointment scheduling, overseeing receptionist duties, and addressing patient inquiries. Additional responsibilities include maintaining effective communication with patients, ensuring a welcoming front-office experience, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and handling Receptionist Duties professionally Experience with Appointment Scheduling and managing office calendars effectively Familiarity with Medical Terminology and healthcare-specific processes Excellent Communication skills for interacting with patients and team members Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Previous experience in a medical or aesthetics-related environment is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in healthcare administration are advantageous
