As a Life/Health Insurance Position - State Farm Agent Team Member , you’ll combine sales expertise with empathy. You’ll meet with customers, understand their needs, recommend the right life and health insurance solutions, and stay involved after the policy is in place—especially when customers need help most. What You’ll Do Build relationships with new and existing customers—listening first, recommending second Conduct needs analysis to identify the best life and health insurance options for each customer’s situation Explain coverage clearly , including benefits, exclusions, and what to expect—so customers feel confident Support policyholders beyond the sale , including help with: claims policy updates and changes Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new products Maintain accurate records and use agency software effectively Ensure compliance with state and federal requirements at all times What We’re Looking For Active state license for life and health insurance Strong communication and interpersonal skills —you can connect with people and earn trust Ability to break down complex insurance topics in a way that’s easy to understand Sales experience is preferred (insurance experience a plus, but not the only path—if you’ve helped customers solve problems, that counts) Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong ability to manage your book of business Proven capability to build and maintain ongoing customer relationships Comfort working with insurance agency software Why Join Robert Casares - State Farm Agent You won’t just “sell a product”—you’ll be a trusted resource for your community.
