Program Director

Serve as the accountable Digital Technology leader for the Commercial domain and primary strategic interface with Commercial leadership Define and maintain the multi-year Commercial technology strategy, roadmap, priorities, and measurable business outcomes Balance customer experience, revenue growth, operational efficiency, platform sustainability, technical debt, and innovation opportunities Manage approved domain budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and investment execution Use AI to improve planning, prioritization, reporting, risk management, decision quality, and stakeholder communication Enable responsible AI, analytics, automation, forecasting, seller enablement, customer engagement, and revenue growth capabilities Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the Commercial Digital Technology team, including talent planning, hiring, performance management, succession planning, and capability development Own the Commercial delivery portfolio across CRM, CPQ, Commerce, Customer Experience, and supporting platform investments Manage delivery risks, business readiness, adoption, stabilization, and value realization Select and evolve fit-for-purpose operating models, including product-led, Agile, SAFe, hybrid, or other approaches Establish governance, planning cadences, metrics, decision forums, and accountability mechanisms Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to maintain reliable, scalable, secure, modernized, resilient, and outcome-aligned products and platforms Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience 12+ years of progressive technology leadership experience Salesforce CRM platform experience Experience leading business capability domains, technology portfolios, products, platforms, and complex cross-functional organizations Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, financial stewardship, and delivery leadership skills Demonstrated success driving measurable business outcomes through technology Experience leading and developing teams, including people management, hiring, coaching, and performance management Legally authorized to work in the United States Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Digital Technology leadership within the Commercial domain, focusing on strategy development, team management, and delivering measurable business outcomes through technology.
