Job Title BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician Benefits Internal Medicine base salary of $260,000 year 1; $300,000 year 2. $25,000 for sign‑on / relocation. Health insurance, life insurance, and vision packages. 401(k) with employer match of 4%. Job/Practice Description Outpatient medicine. Each provider has own scribe and all administrative work is handled. You just see patients. Goal: 4 patients per hour, normally around 3 per hour. Mostly adult practice with occasional kids for routine checkups. No complicated pediatrics. Professional Background MD or DO required. Board‑Certified / Board‑Eligible in Internal Medicine. Licensed in Texas or in process of obtaining license. No experience needed. Spanish speaker required. H1B visa sponsorship available.
