The Job Center Staffing is hiring for 2nd shift for Steel Laborers in the Cincinnati area. This is a great opportunity for temp to hire. Compensation/shift/benefits for Steel Laborer.

Hourly wage: $17

Shift: Monday-Friday 3:30pm-12am

Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO

Eligibility for the Work and Win program Rent/Mortgage paid for a year

Responsibilities of Steel Laborer:

• Operate cold metal press equipment to form U-bolts according to specifications
• Load drums of steel coils into production machines safely and efficiently
• Run machinery that bends, shapes, and cuts steel materials
• Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper performance and quality
• Inspect finished U-bolts for accuracy, consistency, and defects
• Perform basic machine adjustments and report any mechanical issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all safety procedures

Requirements for Steel Laborer:

• Experience with machine operation (Brake press, Punch Press, Hydraulic press)
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Good work ethic as attendance and job performance are important
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Previous manufacturing experience on a resume
