Accounting ClerkProcess accounts payable invoices, match purchase orders, and ensure timely paymentsAssist with accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment applicationReconcile bank statements and financial discrepanciesMaintain accurate and organized financial records and documentationAssist with month-end close activities and reportingEnter data into accounting systems with a high degree of accuracyRespond to vendor and internal inquiries regarding billing and paymentsSupport audits by providing requested documentationPerform other accounting and administrative duties as assignedHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred1–3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or clerical experienceBasic understanding of accounting principles (AP/AR, debits/credits)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting softwareStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to handle confidential information with integrityStrong communication and problem-solving skills
