Work Environment

This full-time role requires onsite engagement at our busy rehabilitation center. You will collaborate closely with a supportive team of two seasoned physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA). The structured work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to balance work and personal commitments while contributing to positive patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions to understand their individual needs and establish personalized treatment objectives.
• Manage a patient workload of one patient per hour, providing dedicated attention and care to maximize treatment effectiveness.
• Utilize a diverse range of evidence-based treatment techniques to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual conditions.
• Implement cost-effective and non-invasive treatment methods to enhance patient movement, reduce reliance on medications, and defer surgical procedures whenever possible.
• Continuously monitor and assess the effects of treatments, documenting patient progress accurately and maintaining clear communication with patients and their families.
• Develop and oversee individualized fitness and wellness programs designed to promote strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Motivate and educate patients throughout the rehabilitation process, empowering them to take charge of their health and well-being.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care outcomes by sharing insights and strategies related to each patient's treatment.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is a requirement for the position.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in California, with a clean professional record demonstrating no instances of board actions or disciplinary measures.
• Proficient in manual therapy techniques and experience in orthopedic outpatient settings.
• Ability to effectively develop and implement exercise regimens tailored to individual patient needs.
• Competence in utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software, such as WebPT, for documentation and treatment planning.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of three years of experience in an orthopedic outpatient physical therapy setting.
• Demonstrated success in delivering patient-centered care and achieving measurable outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience.
