Entry-Level Deburrer The Entry-Level Deburrer plays a key role in a medical manufacturing environment by removing burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections from precision-machined medical components. This position ensures that all parts meet strict quality and safety standards by following detailed work instructions, using precision tools, and collaborating closely with production and quality teams. Responsibilities Deburr, polish, and finish machined medical components. Inspect parts and verify quality standards. Follow work instructions, drawings, and procedures. Use measuring tools to confirm dimensional accuracy. Handle components carefully to prevent damage. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Complete production and quality documentation. Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet goals. Follow GMP, FDA, and company quality requirements. Essential Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Able to work independently and in a team environment. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Basic experience with hand tools and finishing equipment. Ability to work in a regulated manufacturing environment. The role is based in a clean, organized, and well-maintained manufacturing environment focused on medical device production. Work is performed on a first-shift schedule in a facility that emphasizes safety, orderliness, and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and FDA requirements. Team members regularly use hand tools, deburring equipment, and precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wareham, MA. The pay range for this position is $19.00/hr.
