Job Description

Join a dynamic wire and cable manufacturing team that serves a range of industries including military contracting and logistics. Our machines are uniquely designed in-house, providing a specialized learning experience for candidates. We are a close-knit team of 45 employees spread across various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up and monitor the operation of specialized machinery.
• Load designated raw materials into machines to produce the final product.
• Operate and run the printing and rewind machines.
• Participate in cross-training opportunities as needed.
• Engage in physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, and lifting spools and reels.
• Load and unload materials from machinery.

Essential Skills

• Experience in machine operation and production.
• Proficiency with hand tools and inspection techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints and use tape measures.
• Familiarity with CNC and calipers.
• Troubleshooting skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• A well-tenured resume showcasing mechanical aptitude.
• Example: Experience working in a hardware store for 3 years.

Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
