About the Role As a Registered Nurse in the Float Pool, you’ll become an integral part of a highly engaged team providing exceptional patient care in a compassionate and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Patient Care:Deliver direct care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient progress towards expected outcomes. Team Collaboration:Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal care and support for patients and their families. Leadership:Take primary responsibility for patient care, guiding the Care Team under your supervision to foster a team-oriented approach. As part of our site-based float pool (SBFP), you will have the chance to float among four major Med/Surg Telemetry units, gaining diverse experience while providing quality care.
