Peer Community Health Navigator

The Department of Public Health – Seattle & King County Family Ways program seeks an Education Specialist (Peer Community Specialist) to support pregnant people and families with children up to age five. You will partner with participants to create care plans and connect to services within a multidisciplinary team in King County. This role focuses on U.S. born Black/African American communities, Native American/Alaskan Native, and Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander groups, promoting equity, #J-18808-Ljbffr King County, WA
