Responsibilities As a Retail Associate Manager (RAM), you will work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. You will be a brand ambassador, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. You will thrive in a fast‑paced fun environment where customer needs are your first focus. You will immerse yourself in meaningful connections with customers by building new and deepening relationships. You will continuously work to build expertise in uncovering their needs and recommend device and service solutions. What you’ll do in your role: Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store. Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store. Side‑by‑side sell to find personalized solutions beyond the bare‑bones device and service plan that keep customers connected. Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers and sharing your expertise. Assist the Retail Store Manager in daily operations and coaching. Become proficient in the use of digital tools designed to enhance interactions and onboarding: Show how our coverage stacks up in the customer’s neighborhood, providing a lightning‑fast LTE network. Explain how plans and services will let customers live unlimited, feel the love, stay connected and go further. Demonstrate how we’re redefining wireless down to device and account inspection, review and troubleshooting. Complete training on in‑store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources. Build relationships with and partner with employees across channels, including business and customer service to: Collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues, creating a seamless, run‑around‑free environment. Identify and handoff small business leads. Develop strong peer relationships where we are all accountable for the company’s success. Enjoy a good time while providing first‑class customer experience.
