Position Summary Assistant TLC Leader primarily responsible for managing all aspects of facilities operations, including the inbound and outbound flow of products with a focus on safety and customer service. Ensures company assets are properly protected, maintains a safe, clean working environment, and adheres to all corporate operational policies and procedures. Role Specifics Manages all aspects of the facilities “back shop” operations. Manages the flow of inbound and outbound products. Maintains a safe, clean working environment. Ensures company assets are properly protected. Ensures adherence to corporate operational policies and procedures. Acts as TLC Manager in his/her absence. Opens/ closes facility as required. Performs additional responsibilities as requested. Experience Minimum of 5 years of applicable work experience with a heavy focus on operations and warehouse management. Experience with KPI management. Supervisor or management experience. Bachelor’s degree in operations/supply chain or equivalent field; MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Track record of effectively managing projects and teams. Process improvement experience. Experience driving day‑to‑day operations within a warehouse environment.
