BILINGUAL SALES & TALENT COORDINATOR

Full-Time | Phoenix, AZ | $22/Hour + Performance Bonuses

This is a career opportunity for someone who wants to learn, grow, and build real business skills.

You do not need to know our industry when you start. We will teach you.

TRIFECTA works in mission-critical infrastructure across Electrical, Controls, and Critical Operations. You will learn the business from the inside while developing skills in sales, talent, systems, and business operations.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Comfortable on the phone
• Organized and good with follow-up
• Quick to learn
• Comfortable with computers and new systems
• Willing to take ownership
• Motivated to do more with their career

What You’ll Do

You’ll work across sales, talent, and coordination.

• Make outbound calls to potential clients
• Help set sales meetings
• Find and contact candidates
• Speak with candidates in English and Spanish
• Schedule interviews and skills assessments
• Work in our CRM and applicant tracking system
• Keep calls, notes, follow-ups, and next steps organized
• Help with the day-to-day work that keeps things moving

We will teach you the industry, the systems, and how we operate.

You will not be doing the same job six months from now that you did on Day One.

Pay

$22/hour to start

Plus the opportunity to earn:

Up to $2,500 in performance bonuses each quarter
Up to $10,000 a year in performance bonuses

The better you perform, the more you can earn.

This is a full-time Phoenix position. You must currently live in the Phoenix metro area.
