Senior Recruiter

This Senior Recruiter role oversees end-to-end hiring for non-dentist positions across 27 locations, reporting to the Chief Talent Officer. Based in Phoenix, AZ with hybrid work arrangements, the position offers a salary range of $80,000 to $85,000 annually plus comprehensive benefits, with bilingual candidates preferred. Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruitment for all non-dentist roles across 27 locations in multiple states. Write and publish engaging job ads across job boards, social channels, and the applicant tracking system. Proactively source and build pipelines for high-turnover and hard-to-fill roles. Screen, interview, and assess candidates for fit and capability. Collaborate with location and regional hiring managers to define needs, calibrate expectations, and move candidates quickly. Extend and negotiate offers, then close successful candidates. Ensure a clean, well-documented handoff to HR for onboarding. Monitor pipeline health, time-to-fill, and related metrics, reporting progress to the Chief Talent Officer. Provide a fast, professional, and welcoming candidate experience that reflects the Risas brand. Requirements 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume and/or multi-location settings. Healthcare, dental, retail, or services industry recruiting is a strong plus. Proven ability to source passive candidates and fill roles swiftly. Ability to manage many open requisitions across multiple markets simultaneously. Strong partnering and communication with hiring managers. Experience with an applicant tracking system and modern sourcing tools. Highly organized, self-directed, and metrics-minded. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus given the communities served.
