We are seeking a compassionate, licensed Psychologist to join our behavioral health team. The Psychologist will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and psychotherapy to clients. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, ethical practice, and a commitment to client-centered care. The position is open to full time and part time candidates as well on a contracting basis. Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and evidence-based practices. Provide individual, group, and family therapy as appropriate. Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and organizational standards. Participate in case conferences, staff meetings, and professional development activities. Stay informed of current psychological research and best practices in the field. Contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives as needed. Requirements: Education: Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an accredited institution. Licensure: Current, active license as a Psychologist in the State of California. Experience: Minimum of 1–3 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred (newly licensed clinicians welcome to apply). Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
