What You’ll Do:
- Keep kitchen + prep spaces clean, organized, and dialed in
- Support chefs with prep, breakdown, and flow of service
- Handle dishwashing with speed + precision
- Assist with deliveries + storage (everything has a place)
- Maintain sanitation standards that match a fine dining environment
- You move with purpose — no wasted motion
- You take pride in doing things right (even when no one’s watching)
