Key Responsibilities Lead the monthly close and financial reporting process in accordance with US GAAP , ensuring accurate and timely results. Prepare and review month-end and annual financial reports and management narratives. Monitor budgets, project expenditures, and budget-to-actual results , analyzing variances and recommending corrective actions. Support the annual budgeting process and partner with budget owners to align financial plans with organizational goals. Maintain and strengthen internal controls, SOX compliance, accounting procedures, and financial processes . Identify opportunities to improve accounting systems, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency. Supervise, coach, and support accounting staff while maintaining strong team performance. Participate in special projects and provide financial analysis and recommendations to leadership. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or CPA exam eligible preferred . 5–10 years of accounting experience ; public accounting experience is a plus. Experience in power generation, renewable energy, manufacturing, or similar industries preferred. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Oracle . Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Previous supervisory or management experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
