Accounting Manager (Construction)

A well-established, commercial subcontractor is looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead the day-to-day accounting function and support executive leadership with accurate financial reporting and operational insight. The role emphasizes financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, cash management, job costing, and partnership with leadership. What You’ll Do Lead and mentor the accounting team Oversee month-end and year-end close Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Ensure accurate job costing and project financials Strengthen internal controls and cash management Partner with leadership to drive business decisions Support audits and maintain GAAP compliance What We’re Looking For Construction accounting experience is required Previous Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, or Controller experience Strong understanding of WIP schedules and job costing Experience leading an accounting team Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr MGR Accounting Recruiters
