About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's expansion. This role also involves ensuring compliance with regulatory and governance requirements, strengthening financial controls and risk management frameworks, and leading capital allocation decisions. The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with a minimum of 4 years' experience at the CFO or Finance Director level, ideally within a high-growth and regulated environment, and will have a proven track record in supporting business expansion and leading financial teams. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a strong technical and commercial background, with a focus on influencing strategy and driving value creation. The role requires a leader with significant experience in governance, compliance, and risk management, and a demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing finance teams. Experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations is essential, as is the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
