They will also play a critical role in M&A activities, capital markets, and investor relations, and will be expected to maintain the highest standards of governance, risk management, and financial controls. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a strong background in corporate finance, capital markets, and investor relations, with a preference for those holding a professional accounting qualification and a degree in a related field.
