Hourly Compensation: $18.00-$18.50/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. No nights or weekends! Responsibilities The Shipping and Receiving Specialist will be responsible for receiving, processing and delivering mail and packages. * Shipping and Receiving Services - Receive and send overnight packages * Customer Service - Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment * Mail Operations - Sort incoming mail and handle according to established procedures * Adhere to all safety procedures * Take direction from the site manager and the assistant site manager * Participate in cross-training * Perform other tasks as assigned to uphold client and site needs Qualifications Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in shipping and receiving, mail operations and customer service. * Valid Driver's License required * Prior mail or shipping/receiving experience is a plus * High school diploma or GED * Professional appearance and demeanor; excellent verbal and written communication skills * Keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills * Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment; ability to multi-task effectively * Ability to meet employer's attendance policy * Ability to lift up to 55lbs IST Management provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with a disability in accordance with applicable law in both the application and employment stages.
