Visitor Services Representative

Visitor Services RepresentativePart-time, On-Site Reports to: Development DirectorResponsibilitiesSelling admissions tickets to guestsPromoting and selling memberships to guestsHandling gift shop transactions using SquareDaily cleaning assignments and general tidiness of the shop and galleriesAssist with shop inventory controlDocument and share feedback from museum guestsAnswer visitor "frequently asked questions"Become familiar with the content of the exhibitionsQualificationsOutgoing and engaging personalityAvailable to work weekends and special eventsExperience in customer-service jobs a plus, but not requiredKnowledge of Armenian history and/or language a plus, but not requiredFlexible, reliable, and a team-playerThis position is for 3-4 days a week Thursday through Sunday, and additional coverage as needed.
