Loan Servicing Representative

At Cornhusker Bank, our Loan Servicing Representatives play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and support to customers and internal teams. In this position, you'll manage a variety of loan servicing activities, including payment processing, account maintenance, escrow administration, payoff requests, and account research. What You’ll Do Provide professional, timely, and accurate support to customers and bank associates regarding loan servicing inquiries. Research and resolve questions related to payments, transaction activity, escrow accounts, payoffs, and general loan account maintenance. Assist with account updates, servicing adjustments, and routine system error resolution. Process and support a variety of loan servicing functions while ensuring accuracy and compliance with bank policies and procedures. Review reports, monitor servicing exceptions, and help maintain efficient loan servicing workflows. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution. Protect customer information and safeguard bank assets by maintaining strict confidentiality. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required. Two or more years of banking, loan servicing, lending, loan operations, or customer service experience preferred. Knowledge of lending and loan servicing regulations preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Effective verbal and written communication skills with a commitment to exceptional customer service. Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
