Credit AnalystWe are looking for a detail-oriented Credit Analyst to join our team and support our lending operations. In this role, you will analyze credit data and financial statements to help determine the creditworthiness of agricultural, commercial, or consumer loan applicants. Your insights will be key to managing risk and ensuring sound lending decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze financial statements, credit reports, and loan applicationsAssess borrowers' creditworthiness by evaluating financial history, cash flow, collateral, and other relevant dataPrepare detailed credit memoranda and risk analysis reports for loan committee reviewCollaborate with loan officers and underwriting teams to structure appropriate loan termsMonitor existing loan portfolios to identify potential risks and recommend corrective actionsEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal credit policiesMaintain accurate records and documentation of credit analysesStay informed on industry trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes impacting credit riskQualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field preferredPrior experience in credit analysis, lending, or underwriting preferred (agriculture or commercial lending experience is a plus)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailProficiency in financial statement analysis and credit risk assessmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyFamiliarity with credit software and financial modeling tools preferredWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional growth and developmentSupportive team environmentCommitment to work-life balance and employee well-being
