Loan Servicing Representative

Loan Servicing Representative (Full Time) Location: Lincoln, NE Responds to routine servicing inquiries from internal and external customers in a professional, timely, and accurate manner. Researches routine payment questions, transaction activity, payoff requests, escrow inquiries, and general account questions. Assists with routine system error resolution, account maintenance, and servicing research. Protects the banks assets and maintains the confidentiality of customer information. Routes complex or out-of-scope issues to appropriate associates, departments, or supervisors Education, Experience, and Qualifications Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Prefers at least two years of previous banking, lending, loan servicing, loan operations, or customer service experience. Prefers knowledge of current lending regulations. Requires computer proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications. Demonstrates accuracy, attention to detail, organization, and ability to follow established procedures.
