Your role:
We are seeking a Customer Experience Analyst  who provides front-line customer service support on behalf of ReSource Pro clients via phone, email, and/or chat. This customer-facing role is responsible for handling customer inquiries professionally, politely, and efficiently while documenting work in client systems. The work completed directly impacts trust and partnership with the client.

In This Role, You Will...

• Manage inbound/outbound calls and emails as a subject matter expert
• Providing clear communication to brokers and insurers (via phone, email, and chat)
• Communicating with the Department of Insurance regarding new license projects
• Providing exceptional customer service to client customers
• Completing requested client/broker tasks and processes
• Collaborating with peers and leaders to meet client needs
• Contributing to the achievement of internal team goals

What You Need To Be Successful...

• 2+ years customer service insurance experience required
• Insurance licensing process experience required
• Department of Insurance knowledge/experience preferred
• Reliable and professional
• Ability to follow processes and procedures
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Detail-oriented and accurate
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities

Your Compensation...
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. The salary range for this role is $13.67 - $28.72 per hour.  The salary range may vary based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
