Executive Administrative Assistant

The Executive Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Chesterfield, MO. This role provides high-level administrative support to company leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence and reports. Day-to-day responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, maintaining files and records, and handling clerical tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and mail processing. The Executive Administrative Assistant will coordinate internal communications, support special projects, and ensure that the office operates efficiently and professionally. This role requires consistent, proactive support and discretion when handling confidential information. Responsibilities Answering and directing phone calls Greeting visitors and maintaining an organized reception area Managing calendars and scheduling meetings Organizing travel arrangements Preparing correspondence and reports Maintaining files and records; data entry; document preparation; mail processing Coordinating internal communications and supporting special projects Ensuring office operations run efficiently and professionally Exercise discretion when handling confidential information Qualifications Strong administrative and executive support skills Professional phone handling and customer-focused interactions Clear and effective communication, written and verbal Solid clerical skills: filing, data entry, document formatting, basic record management Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools) Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and work independently while supporting multiple stakeholders High level of professionalism, reliability, and discretion in handling sensitive information Previous experience in an executive or senior administrative support role; experience in real estate, construction, or related industries is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or administrative certifications are beneficial #J-18808-Ljbffr McKelvey Homes LLC
