Senior Electrical Engineer

Electrical EngineerWe're looking for a seasoned Electrical Engineer to join a collaborative team delivering innovative, energy-efficient building systems. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong technical foundations who's ready to step into greater leadership, help shape projects, and mentor junior staff.What You'll DoDesign and develop electrical systems for commercial, institutional, and/or healthcare buildingsOversee and coordinate electrical design from concept through construction administrationPerform load calculations, short-circuit analysis, voltage drop, coordination studies, and system layoutsCollaborate across disciplines with mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and sustainability teamsReview submittals, respond to RFIs, and support construction-phase servicesMentor junior engineers and support project team developmentInterface with clients, architects, and project stakeholdersWhat You Bring8+ years of experience in electrical design for buildingsStrong knowledge of power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low voltage systemsProficiency with AutoCAD and Revit; familiarity with lighting calculation software is a plusAbility to manage multiple projects, communicate clearly, and work across teamsProfessional Engineer (PE) license preferred, or on track to obtainBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fieldBonus If You HaveExperience with LEED, WELL, or other sustainable design frameworksPrior work in healthcare, lab, or mission-critical environmentsClient-facing experience or project management background
