Job DetailsJob Location: Dallas - Dallas, TX 75247 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Administers Urinal Analyses samples per protocol and chain of custody procedures. (We will train and certify.) Manages daily communication, billing and maintenance items. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications 1 year of proven Customer Service experience Clean background and able to pass a drug screening Strong verbal and communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills Plan, organize and assign the work of others Apply policies, procedures, and best practices Perform computer data entry Work within a team structure Define problems, collect and analyze data, and determine valid solutions Recognize and meet needs of customer/end user Maintain focus and perform required duties while interacting with disagreeable customers/end users Bend, stoop, lift objects up to 10lbs., and maintain mobility necessary to perform minimum functions associated with the position Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation is needed for this position as you may be deployed to another office to assist in testing. #J-18808-Ljbffr Recovery Monitoring Solutions
