WHAT IS THIS POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR? Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner. Notify appropriate staff when visitors arrive. Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and faxes. Maintain an organized and professional reception and waiting area. Provide general clerical and administrative support as assigned. Respond calmly and professionally to clients who may be experiencing distress. Assist departments with administrative tasks, special projects, and other organizational needs as assigned. Qualifications WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION? High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous receptionist, customer service, medical office, or administrative experience preferred. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Professional verbal and written communication skills. Basic proficiency with computers, email, and Microsoft Office. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.
