Duties

• Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors, answering phones, closing sales and directing calls with professional phone etiquette. Assistance with insurance claims

• Handle calendar management and ensure appointments are efficiently coordinated

• Data entry

• Office management tasks such as ordering supplies, closing and negotiating sales over the phone, organizing files, and overseeing general administrative functions

• Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email and offering assistance to customers

• Assist with light bookkeeping activities, including basic bookkeeping tasks and invoice processing

Requirements

• Proven office experience with clerical skills and familiarity with office management procedures

• Proficiency in computer literacy and data entry tools

• Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication skills required

• Demonstrated customer service with phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

• Ability to type quickly and accurately while maintaining attention to detail

• Sales experience, personal assistant or receptionist experience is encouraged, however, training will be provided as needed for the right candidate.
