$150,000 - $200,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients through live appointments, building trust and understanding their real estate needs.
• Collaborate closely with our administrative team to ensure seamless transaction processes and client satisfaction.
• Utilize our comprehensive training and resources to enhance your sales techniques and close deals efficiently.
• Stay informed about the local real estate market trends to provide clients with up-to-date insights and advice.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to share knowledge and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact to closing.
• Leverage our brokerage's reputation and resources to expand your client base and achieve sales targets consistently.

Qualifications:

• Past sales experience is preferred
• Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
• Organized and manages time effectively
• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)

• Experience in sales or customer service, ideally within the real estate industry.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and understand client needs effectively.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team setting.
• Familiarity with the Madison, WI real estate market is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and market trends through our training programs.
