Leasing Specialist: Drive Occupancy & Resident Joy
ROLE
Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across our communities. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare move-in packages, and ensure a smooth lease signing. You will stay informed about market conditions and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
